At leysdior, we strive to ensure every item arrives in perfect condition. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds:

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [Insert Email Address] with photographic proof of the damage. We will assess the issue and, if approved, provide instructions for a replacement or a refund.
• Reporting Window: All claims for damaged items must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. Claims made after this 14-day period cannot be accepted.
• External Supplier Policy: Because our items are fulfilled via an external supplier, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for reasons other than the item being damaged upon arrival.
• Exclusions: We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or items that have been used or opened.
• Approval Process: All refund requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet our return criteria.
